Founded in 1985 by Enzo Pontoni, Miani is recognized for its limited but high-quality yields, crafting fewer than 700 cases of wine each year. ‘Pettarin’ is a white wine obtained from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. The clusters are harvested and crushed, and the resulting must undergoes fermentation in French oak barrels. The ageing process takes place in barriques for approximately 12 months.
