Port of Leith continues its perpetual blend of Scotch whisky with the release of the second batch of Perpetuity. Drawing inspiration from the concept of an infinity bottle, the distillery in Edinburgh procured and skilfully blended casks of single grain and single malt Scotch whisky. The whisky artisans subsequently introduced additional casks of diverse whiskies to enhance the blend, bottling half of the resulting mixture for future batches. This cyclical process has been, and will continue to be, repeated to craft a progressively intricate blend composed of various spirits.
