Pantelleria is a tiny Mediterranean island south of Sicily famed for its “passito”, or dried grape, sweet wines. Made from local grape variety, Zibibbo (aka Muscat), this is a luscious, amber-coloured wine with beautiful flavours of candied fruit, guava and honey with exotic notes of star anise. Delicious with creamy blue cheese!
