Old Louisville 8 Year Old Maple Finish is a straight whiskey distilled as Bourbon and aged for eight years in used barrels before being finished for six months in maple syrup casks. This process imparts subtle sweetness and additional complexity to the spirit. Old Louisville was founded by husband and wife team Amine and Beth Karaoud. Amine and Beth work together hand selecting whiskies from top distilleries before marrying and ageing further in their own warehouse.
