Oeno Pi Tria Ampelia Assyrtiko 2020 is a full-bodied white wine produced from the Assyrtiko grape variety on the volcanic island of Santorini, Greece. This wine is produced from old Assyrtiko vines in three vineyard sites on the island - in Fira, Akrotiri and Megalochori. The wine ferments and matures in clay amphorae for 16 months, and is then left on the fine lees in steel tanks. Hugely complex and textured with great acidity, Tria Ampelia offers notes of lemon, ripe peach, flint, petrol, smoke, biscuit and honeysuckle. Oeno Pi is the new project of legendary Santorini winemaker Paris Sigalas, formerly of Domaine Sigalas.
