Casa da Passarella is a historic winery located in the Dão wine region of Portugal. Founded in the late 19th century, it has a long tradition of winemaking and has been revitalized in recent years, focusing on producing high-quality wines. `O Fugitivo` (The Fugitive) is inspired by the idea of rediscovering the almost forgotten winemaking traditions of the region and giving them a new life. The wine is typically made from a blend of grapes, including Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz, sourced from old vineyards. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, which imparts added complexity and structure to the final product.
