Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute Limited Edition 01 is a limited-edition, yamahai sake produced at the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute in the Yamagata Prefecture of Japan. Opened in November 2017, the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute is named after one of the most prominent sake brewers in Japan. Noguchi Naohiko 01 is the first sake of the ‘Limited Edition’ series and was chosen as the best batch from among dozens of tanks by Noguchi himself. From this 2018 expression, expect notes of green melon, sweet pear, pineapple, banana, lime peel and yoghurt.
