Nino Negri started producing Inferno in 1945 and its name is derived from the steep slopes and the high summer temperatures caused by the sun reflected off the rock. A 100% Nebbiolo red wine, it displays exceptionally good balance between ripe fruit notes in the aroma and freshness in the mouthfeel. A perfect accompaniment to gnocchi with sun-dried tomato pesto or smoked pork ribs.
