Nikolaihof is one of the oldest wine estates in Austria. The average age of the vines is 47 years old and the vineyards are farmed without herbicides, pesticides, artificial fertilizers or synthetic sprays. The 2000 Steiner Hund Riesling is laden with orchard fruit, wild herbs and mineral complexity. Now at peak, it would be excellent served alongside aromatic Asian-inspired dishes.
