Rubicon is the flagship wine from the Niebaum Coppola estate and in 1982 was made from a proprietary blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Cabernet Franc and 8% Merlot. It is bold, spicy and black fruit-driven. Now with tannins fully resolved, it is soft and silky making it ideal to be served with slow-cooked braised meat dishes.
