This 2021 vintage mezcal released by Neta is made from a field blend of 4 different types of agaves. Tobala, Jabalín, Coyote and Madrecuixe. These were cooked together, co-fermented and distilled together by mezcalero Miguel Osorio. The crafting of ensambles is part of a long-standing regional practice that reveals complex flavours and individual terroir.
