Los Siete Misterios is a boutique brand of mezcal, founded in 2010 by brothers Julio and Eduardo Mestre. They follow ancestral production methods including cooking in underground ovens, milling with wooden mallets and often distilling with hand-made clay pots. This particular release is made with a blend of Espadin and Mexicano agave, offering notes of tropical fruits, green leaves and some citrus.
