Naiades is a must-try white wine from the Rueda DO in Spain. It is made from 100% Verdejo, which is the most planted grape variety in Rueda. The wine is aged for 7 months in French oak barrels, which gives it a complex flavour profile. The 2018 vintage of Naiades is a particularly good one. The grapes were grown in a warm, dry year, which resulted in wines with balanced acidity and ripe fruit flavours.
