This Gran Reserva from the favourable 1985 vintage has matured beautifully, presenting itself as a timeless old Rioja. It exhibits a garnet and mahogany hue, subtle aromas of coffee, leather, and saddle leather, and concludes with a long, refined, and drying finish.
