Frank Cornelissen Munjebel Bianco 2020 is a full-bodied blended white wine from Mount Etna, Sicily. Frank Cornelissen is world-renowned for his no-nonsense minimal intervention expressions of the unique Mt Etna terroir. Munjebel Bianco is a blend of four high-altitude vineyards (between 620-750m a.s.l) and is equal parts Grecanico Dorato and Carricante. The juice is fermented with the skins using indigenous yeasts and is bottled unfined with minimal sulphur and filtration. Floral with notes of orange zest, quince and honey, and a saline streak of minerality evocative of its volcanic origins.
