Mount Gay Coffey Still Expression is a limited-edition rum produced at the Mount Gay Distillery in Barbados. The seventh instalment in the Mount Gay Master Blender Collection and is made from 100% Barbados molasses. The rum is distilled in a single batch using a rare, 100% copper Coffey still that was recommissioned in 2019. It`s aged for four years in heavily charred American ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 58% without chill filtration. Expect a rich, smooth rum expression with notes of ripe banana and pineapple mingled with caramel and toasted oak.
