Fabien Forest is a young vigneron based in Beaujolais, whose wines are known for their freshness, fruitiness, and minerality. This particular release hails from a lieu-dit called Corcelette, recognized as a climat within Morgon. Aged in oak barrels for approximately 12 months, it is an ample and structured Beaujolais than can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few more years.
