Domaine Les Pierres Ecrites in the Loire Valley. It is a young winery, founded in 2015 by Coralie and Anthony Rassin. The couple met while working at other wineries in the region and decided to start their own project. They acquired 8 hectares of vineyards in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, and planted them with Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Gamay. The 2021 Montlouis Empreintes Sec Les Pierres Ecrites is a dry white wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. A bright, citrusy style with good acidity and minerality.
