Miroirs Mizuiro Les Saugettes 2013 is a medium-bodied white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Jura region of France. Founded by Kenjiro Kagami – a former assistant winemaker at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti – Domaine des Miroirs has quickly gained a reputation for producing exceptional, terroir-driven wines from Jura. Les Saugettes is produced from 60-year-old Chardonnay vines planted on clay-limestone soil in Grusse. The wine was aged for 24 months in used oak barrels with no sulphur added. Dry, tangy and complex with notes of citrus, brioche, hazelnut, white fruits and white flowers.
