Levin Wines is a family owned, certified organic domaine established in 1985 by David Levin MBE, founder of the The Capital Hotel in London. Mister L is a limited production white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards in Choussy (Vin de Pays du Val de Loire), barrel-fermented and matured on lees for 9 months in new French oak. Gentle toasty aromas mingle with peach, citrus, exotic fruits and elderflower, with hints of green tea, flinty minerality and crisp acidity.
