Benjamin Leroux Meursault 2022 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Meursault appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Benjamin Leroux is a well-respected winemaker and négociant based in the village of Beaune. After working as the winemaker for the esteemed Domaine Comte Armand for several years, he started his own label in 2007. Benjamin Leroux focuses on producing high-quality wines that showcase the terroir of Burgundy, with a particular emphasis on small production quantities and meticulous attention to detail in both the vineyard and the winery. On the 2022 Meursault. "The 2022 Meursault Village has an effective reduction on the nose that lends tension; there is real complexity here. The palate is well-balanced with a smooth, rounded texture, notes of pineapple and hints of orange pith, harmonious towards the finish with a pinch of lemongrass. Very promising." Neal Martin, 2023
