Based in a small village in Alsace, Metté has been making craft eaux-de-vie and liqueurs for over 60 years. The boutique distillery is currently run by fourth-generation family member Timothée Traber. This expression is made with plantain bananas, and it is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. A beautifully scented eau-de-vie, which can be enjoyed chilled as a digestif or mixed in cocktails.
