Etter Framboise

Situated in the small town of Zug, Etter is a long-standing Swiss distillery, still run by the original founding family. This is particular expression of eau-de-vie is crafted from locally sourced raspberries, which are distilled in small copper pot stills. The liquid is then transferred into small glass demijohns and left to mellow for a minimum of 3 years before bottling. The result is a fruity and earthy spirit, best enjoyed on its own.
