This is a sweet quince brandy from Morand, a fourth-generation, family-run business which has been in operation since 1889. This non-vintage quince eau-de-vie is produced only from fresh, locally grown fruit, slowly and gently distilled in steam-heated stills. The result is an exquisite spirit, delicious when accompanying a cheese course or a fruit-based dessert.
