Melifera is the only organic gin to use the immortelle flower, capturing its floral nose within a blend of nine botanicals. The hand harvested flower grows on the dunes of the Atlantic ocean island Oléron and is distilled in the local distillery. They are fully committed to sustainable practices and preserving biodiversity, growing their own immortelle vines and joining in action to preserve local sand dunes.
