Ron Matusalem has been remarkably producing rums according to the same family recipe for over 140 years. This Gran Reserva is their premium expression of an aged rum using the solera system. The nose is filled with spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. On the palate, there are layers of sweet flavours including chocolate and caramel, complemented by a sprinkle of black pepper.
