Mars The YA #1

Mars The YA #1 is a blended Japanese malt whisky produced by the craft distilling company Mars. YA #1 combines whiskies from the Shinshu Distillery and the Tsunuki Distillery. The whisky is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks in Mars`s ageing cellar on the tropical island of Yakushima. This expression displays notes of citrus, peach, candied tropical fruits and vanilla caramel, intermingled with a hint of peat smoke.
