Just 225 cases of the 1999 Marcassin Vineyard Chardonnay were produced and this epic wine is now approaching its absolute peak for drinking. It is full-bodied, rich and wonderfully defined with notes of zesty citrus rind, butter, lanolin, grilled nuts and liquid minerals. It is multi-layered and remarkably complex yet displays exceptional purity and seamless balance.
