Marc de Champagne is an elegant brandy made from the distillation of the fine pomace Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes. After distillation, this marc is matured in oak barrels where it acquires complexity and elegance. This example from Moët & Chandon is estimated to have been bottled in the 1990s.
