Pichard Madiran 2015 is a full-bodied red wine produced from Tannat grapes in the Madiran appellation of south-west France. Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrénées Mountains, Domaine Pichard manages 23ha of south-facing, certified-organic vineyards. Focusing on Tannat and Cabernet France for reds, and Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng for whites, the domaine`s wines combine ripe fruit character with a freshness derived from the vineyards` relatively cool mesoclimate. This full-bodied Madiran offers plush plum compote and black berry fruits with hints of violet and sweet spices.
