This is the second edition of the Mackmyra Intelligens, an innovative AI-created whisky conceived through a partnership between Mackmyra distillery and Microsoft associate, Fourkind. Maturation was achieved through a diverse mix of first-fill ex-bourbon, virgin American oak, oloroso sherry, and virgin Swedish oak casks, creating a complex aromatic profile that includes green pears, honey, vanilla, and butterscotch. The palate reveals a dance of orange, black pepper, oak spice, juniper berries, peat smoke and lingering sweet fruit, enhancing the whisky`s character through to the finish.
