Maison Massy is a family-run winery situated in Switzerland`s Lavaux region. Their wine portfolio encompasses the esteemed Grand Cru Epesses and Dézaley designations, along with wines from Lavaux, often labelled with the names of their respective communes. Dézaley, Epesses, and Saint-Saphorin. These wines are crafted from red grape varieties like Pinot Noir and Gamay, as well as white grape varieties including Sauvignon Blanc and Switzerland`s signature grape, Chasselas. The Dézaley Chemin de Fer typically benefits from at least a year of ageing to fully reveal its richness and aromatic complexity, featuring subtle notes of flint, almonds, and honey. It offers an opulent and generous mouthfeel, culminating in an impressively long finish.
