Los Siete Misterios (The Seven Mysteries) pays homage to the tradition of agave distillation in Mexico. They produce a range of mezcales , each from a different variety of agave. They fight against the new wave of industrialisation of mezcal production, trying to stick to more traditional methods. Doba-yej is Espadin in the old Zapotec language, the agave used in this particular mezcal.
