Lo Triolet Fumin 2019 is a medium-bodied red wine from the Valle d`Aoste region of northern Italy. Fumin is an indigenous grape variety of this pre-Alpine region and produces wines with vivid red and blue berry fruit, lively acidity and herbal notes. Lo Triolet winemaker Marco Martin is a past master with this variety. "I am not sure there are too many more talented producers in all of Italy than Lo Triolet’s Marco Martin. The wines he makes with Gewürztraminer, Gamay, Pinot Noir (Valle d’Aosta’s best), Syrah and Fumin are also mostly exceptional." Ian D’Agata
