L`If [or Yew tree] is a relatively new wine made by maverick Pomerol producer and owner of Le Pin, Jacques Thienpont. The 2018 vintage is considered the best L’If since their first vintage from 2011. This is a blend of 74% Merlot and 26% Cabernet Franc, picked from 1st to 8th of October. A rich, full-bodied wine, filled with plenty of red and black fruits, supported by very gentle tannins.
