Ganevat Les Vignes de Mon Père 2000 is a medium-bodied, single-vineyard white wine produced from Savagnin grapes in the Jura region of France. This extraordinary bottling from the celebrated Jura vigneron Jean-François Ganevat comes from the Les Chalasses vineyard which is planted with Savagnin Vert, a strain of Savagnin characterised by relatively high acidity. The wine was matured for 10 years without any intervention other than regular topping up.
