Jean-Francois Ganevat is lauded as one of the most talented winemakers, and one of the true natural wine-making pioneers, of France. This old-vine Poulsard is fermented with indigenous yeasts, and bottled unfined and unfiltered with no sulphur dioxide additions. Ethereal, supple and sapid with notes of spicy red fruits, earth and floral nuances.
