Casa Castillo Las Gravas 2020 is a single-vineyard blended red wine from the Jumilla region of Spain. The vineyard of Las Gravas is a very rocky site planted to Monastrell and Caracanthids full-bodied Mediterranean red is a blend of Monastrell with a small amount of Garnacha. Wholebunch fermentation gives lift, freshness and spicy complexity to this elegant red. "There is precision, cleanliness, definition and elegance like I hadn`t seen before and refined tannins with a pungent mineral sensation in the textured finish.
