Established in 1928, Lantenhammer is one of the most successful and best-known fruit distillers in Germany. This unique eau-de-vie is made from Williams pears from the Bolzano Basin in South Tyrol. The fruits are fermented for three weeks and then double distilled in 450-litre copper pot stills. The result is a velvety spirit, with subtle notes of mint and spices.
