Known for using only the highest quality ingredients, Capovilla is a boutique producer of grappa and fruit brandies based in the city of Vicenza. The distillery was founded in 1986 by former race-car mechanic Vittorio Gianni Capovilla who is now widely recognized as one of the best distillers in the world. This particular eau-de-vie is made from distilled elderberries, aged for a minimum of 5 years in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness.
