This wine is crafted from young vines, aged 20-25 years, all selected from the same vineyard’s massal origin. Fermentation, driven by indigenous yeasts in wooden vats, kicks off a 10-day journey before the wine undergoes the ancient submerged cap maceration technique for at least two months.
Aged to perfection in neutral oak barrels and concrete tanks for five years, this wine is a true testament to time-honoured tradition. With only 10,000 bottles produced each year, it’s a rare and exciting expression of pure craftsmanship, capturing the vibrant essence of its vineyard roots.
