Kopke is especially renowned for its Colheita Ports, which are single-vintage Tawny Ports that have been aged in oak barrels for an extended period. Kopke Colheita 1987 is characterized by a vibrant amber colour and offers a complex nose filled with aromas of dried fruits, spices and subtle hints of wood. On the palate, expect flavours of candied orange peel, dried figs, nuts and caramel, complemented by a velvety texture and balanced acidity. The finish is long, persistent, and satisfying, with lingering notes of dried fruit and spices.
