Kistler Dutton Ranch Chardonnay 2021 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard white wine from the Sonoma Coast region of California. Kistler Vineyards is a family-owned winery based in Sebastopol, Sonoma County. Established in 1978 by Steve Kistler and Mark Bixler, they focus on Burgundy varieties, making 10 vineyard-designated Chardonnay wines and four designated Pinot Noir wines. Dutton Ranch has been produced since 1979 and uses fruit from a vineyard located at the intersection of the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast appellations. "The 2021 Chardonnay Dutton Ranch has expressive notes of honeycomb, ripe orchard fruit of peach, white mushroom, and fresh spice. Full-bodied, it has a more rounded and creamy texture on the palate, with lemon curd, citrus oil, and ripe apple.
