Introducing the Au Bon Climat Santa Barbara County Chardonnay 2023, a product of meticulous craftsmanship from five distinct vineyards. Bien Nacido, Los Alamos, Rancho Real, Gold Coast, and North Canyon. Handpicked and sorted, the grapes undergo whole cluster pressing. Following chilling, the juice is transferred to neutral François Frères barrels for primary and malolactic fermentation. After eight months of sur lie barrel ageing, the wine is blended in the summer and bottled. Au Bon Climat, founded by Jim Clendenen, focuses on producing expressive wines that reflect their unique origins.
