Jordan Cobblers Hill 2015 is a limited-edition, Bordeaux-style red wine from the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. This exquisite blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc from vines planted on decomposed granite soil was aged in 225-litre French oak barrels for 24 months. Richly layered and plush, with notes of blackberry compote, cassis, Sichuan pepper, chocolate and wood spice.
