Joh. Jos Prüm is undoubtedly one of the most iconic Mosel estates and is amongst the most revered producers of Riesling in the world. This is a lovely sweet Riesling made from botrytised grapes from the famous Sonnenuhr vineyard in Wehlen. From the excellent 2018 vintage, there is marvellous complexity from notes of acacia honey and pine nuts, with a superb elegance and a long evolving finish.
