Aged in wood, Jacquesson Cuvée 743 is the latest iteration of the producer`s non-vintage champagne based on the 2015 vintage. A blend of 57% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier and 21% Pinot Noit from organic farming. Aromas of fresh lemons and some yeasty characters. On the palate, toasted almonds, brioche and a sprinkle of spices, carried by sharp acidity. Bottle aging has added complexity and depth to the wine. Ready to drink now.
