Jacques Selosse’s biodynamic farming practice manifests itself in the intensity, minerality and flavour of his finished wines. Disgorged in January 2020, this 2009 cuvée has a deep and complex aroma profile, including mandarin oranges, honeycomb, white peaches, freshly baked bread, almonds and dried apricots. The wine is dense and structured on the palate, with dried fruits, pomegranate and some smoky notes. Only 4000 bottles were produced.
