Located in the village of Avize in the Côte des Blancs, Domaine Jacques Selosse is known for its artisanal and terroir-driven approach to winemaking. Jacques Selosse, the founder of the Domaine, is considered a pioneer in the field of grower champagnes. The estate practices organic and biodynamic viticulture and has a strong emphasis on the use of oak barrels for fermentation and ageing. This 2008 vintage expression was disgorged in January 2020. It is a full-bodied and concentrated champagne, revealing notes of orchard fruit, buttery pastry, macadamia nuts and hints of smoke.
