Founded in 1898, Jacopo Poli is one of Italy`s finest grappa producers. The distillery remains under family ownership and is currently led by Jacopo Poli along with his siblings Giampaolo, Barbara, and Andrea. Presented here is a vintage grappa crafted from the pomace of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The liquid undergoes an initial 4-year maturation in barriques followed by a 6-month finishing period in barrels formerly housing the renowned Super Tuscan wine, Sassicaia. Best enjoyed at a slightly chilled temperature, as a post-meal digestif.
